BOSTON — As of early Thursday afternoon, the game between the Sharks and Boston Bruins at TD Garden was still going on as planned even as a powerful nor’easter blew through much of New England.
The Sharks are scheduled to face the Bruins on Thursday at 7 p.m. (EST) at TD Garden as they play the second game of a four-game road trip. The Bruins cancelled their morning skate at the downtown arena.
The storm, which arrived in the area early Thursday morning, carried blizzard-like conditions as much of Massachusetts experienced heavy winds and were expected to receive well over a foot of snow.
