The San Jose Barracuda have signed forward Tristan Langan, who most recently played for the Moose Jaw Warriors of the Western Hockey League, to a one-year AHL contract, the Barracuda announced Monday afternoon.
Langan spent four years with the Warriors, where he recorded 184 total points in 241 games. In his final juniors season, he recorded 113 points (53 goals, 60 points; second in the WHL in points and assists and tied for first in goals) and was named to the First All-Star Team.
According to analyst Emmanuel Perry, Langan was 0.38 Wins Above Replacement-per 82 games for the Warriors.
