The Earthquakes head back on the road for their first and only matchup with the Chicago Fire this season on Friday, July 1 at Toyota Park. The matchup kicks off at 5:00 p.m. PT and will be broadcast live on UniMas, 1590 KLIV and 1370 KZSF.
Last Saturday, the Earthquakes earned a dramatic 1-1 draw against the rival LA Galaxy at Stanford Stadium in front of a California Clasico-record 50,816 fans. Forward Chad Barrett’s 90th-minute header, assisted by midfielder Shea Salinas, kept the Quakes undefeated (5-0-3) at home this season. The draw moved San Jose to 3-1-1 all-time against LA at Stanford Stadium.
