The Earthquakes return home on Friday to face off against Eastern Conference-leading New York City FC for their first match at Avaya Stadium following the MLS All-Star Game, presented by the City of San Jose. The match kicks off at 8:00 p.m. and will be broadcast live on UniMas, 1590 KLIV and 1370 KZSF.
On Sunday, captain Chris Wondolowski made history in the Earthquakes 1-1 draw against the Houston Dynamo. With a game-tying strike in the 59th minute, Wondolowski became the second player ever to score at least one goal against 21 MLS clubs, including the 20 in the league today (Kei Kamara).
