SAN JOSE, Calif. – The San Jose Earthquakes’ match on Saturday night against the Colorado Rapids will air locally on Telemundo 48, beginning at 6:45 p.m. It marks the first time the team’s local broadcast will air primarily in Spanish since 2005, with English commentary also available via SAP.
Carlos Cesar Rivera, the Quakes’ longtime Spanish-language radio voice, will be joined in the booth by Earthquakes Hall of Famer Ramiro Corrales. Telemundo sports anchor and Emmy Award-winner Carlos Ramirez will serve as the sideline analyst.
English-language audio will be provided courtesy of Anthony Passarelli and Chris Dangerfield, the Quakes’ usual television voices on NBC Sports Bay Area & California.
