SAN JOSE, Calif. – The San Jose Earthquakes fell to the LA Galaxy 4-2 Saturday night at Avaya Stadium in the first California Clasico of the 2017 season.
Chris Wondolowski and Danny Hoesen tallied goals for San Jose, with Hoesen and Homegrown midfielder Tommy Thompson each recording an assist. Hoesen’s goal was the first of his MLS career and Thompson’s assist was his second in as many games at Avaya Stadium.
