MONTREAL, Quebec. – The San Jose Earthquakes fell 2-0 to the Montreal Impact Saturday night at Stade Saputo with Saphir Taider and Ignacio Piatti each scoring for the home team.
The Quakes will play an international friendly against Premier League power Manchester United at Levi’s Stadium next Sunday, July 22 at 2 p.m. They will return to MLS action on Wednesday, July 25 at 7:15 p.m. when they face Western Conference foes Seattle Sounders FC at Avaya Stadium.
