SAN JOSE, Calif. – The San Jose Earthquakes announced today that the club has acquired defensive midfielder Judson on a permanent transfer from Brazil’s Tombense and signed him to a multi-year contract using Targeted Allocation Money.
“Two things that make Judson so important to this club are his work ethic on the field and his positive influence inside the locker room,” said Earthquakes general manager Jesse Fioranelli. “He has also adapted quickly to MLS and assumed increasing responsibility as the season progressed. Judson has been a professional in every sense of the word and we never hesitated to make his transfer permanent.
