At 15 years and 102 days, he is the youngest signing in club history ahead of Gilbert Fuentes and Jacob Akanyirige who were signed at 15 years and 339 days, and 15 years and 350 days, respectively. Cade’s addition to Earthquakes also makes him the fourth youngest signing in MLS history.
He is the sixth Homegrown Player signing in Quakes history, and fifth since Lima joined in Dec. 2016. The Quakes have now made three of the 14 youngest signings in MLS history.
The Quakes’ third Homegrown Player signing stemming from Ballistic United, he led the nation in scoring at the U-15 level last year, scoring 34 goals in 32 games.
