MLS Commissioner Don Garber will be joined by leadership from #MLS4TheLou, the group working to bring an MLS expansion team to St. Louis, as well as St. Louis Mayor Lyda Krewson, for a special announcement on Tuesday at 12:30 pm ET, the league announced Monday.
The announcement will be streamed on MLSsoccer.com and the MLS app.
The St. Louis ownership group, led by led by Andy Taylor and Carolyn Kindle Betz of Enterprise Holdings and Jim Kavanaugh, CEO of World Wide Technology, is one of several vying to join MLS as the league expands to 30 teams.
