Clash Career: The Clash took Baicher in the sixth round of the 1996 MLS Inaugural Player Draft. He played three-plus seasons with the club, scoring 20 goals over 102 appearances.
Since Then: Baicher was traded to New England and spent the remainder of the 1999 season with the Revs before being traded to the Kansas City Wizards in the offseason. Instead of playing for the Wizards, Baicher opted to retire from MLS. That year, he played for the Bay Area Seals of the USL A-League where we was named the team’s Offensive Player of the Year before retiring from playing completely.
