The Winter Meetings seem to be bringing good news for the San Francisco Giants. Willy Adames technically agreed to the largest contract in franchise history before the meetings started but, physical pending (gasp!), he should officially become a Giant during the meetings.
But that’s not all the good news. There will likely be other signings or trades, and some of the best news came on Monday with no transaction at all. That news came when manager Bob Melvin said that center fielder Jung Hoo Lee has had a good and smooth rehab and recovery following shoulder surgery, and will arrive at Spring Training in February with no physical restrictions.
