Hello and happy Tuesday.
On Monday, after much speculation, the San Francisco Giants sold the contract of left-handed starting pitcher Andrew Suárez to the LG Twins of the KBO. The move opened up a spot on the 40-man roster for catcher Curt Casali, who signed a one-year deal with the club.
Suárez was a second-round pick in 2015, and made his MLB debut in 2018. In three years at the MLB level he had a 4.66 ERA, a 4.60 FIP, and 65 walks to 160 strikeouts in 202.2 innings.
