Last week, Bruce Bochy was an “A” manager and the Giants were a “B+” organization. But after another week of abject failure and a run of 12 losses in 16 games, FanPulse voters have reassessed their opinions on both.

Team confidence dropped from the season high of 88% to 72%, the lowest rating since 71% in week 17.
