Friday night's 4-3 come-from-behind victory against Sandy Alcantara and the Miami Marlins bumped the Giants recent win streak to four games. This afternoon in San Francisco Marlins southpaw Braxton Garrett dominated the Giants for six innings allowing only one hit and one walk while striking out eight. He got an out in the 7th and left having thrown a mere 76 pitches. Logan Webb matched him with six scoreless and Jakob Junis had a clean 7th. But a run in the top of the 8th off Tyler Rogers (after an error by J.D. Davis) doomed the Giants to a 1-0 loss.
