The rumors surrounding a potential blockbuster involving Giancarlo Stanton continue to be a dominant theme this offseason, and sources say that the Marlins are willing to trade the National League MVP Award winner to the Giants -- but it would be costly for San Francisco, both in terms of in players and payroll.
And while officials involved in the discussions believe Stanton ultimately would waive his full no-trade clause and accept a deal to the Giants, that is not assured yet, either.
