There were at least a few folks in and around the San Francisco Giants who were concerned about their new star, Jung-hoo Lee, after a hard collision with the wall.
Not among those folks, though, was the Korean sensation himself.
Lee crashed into the Dodger Stadium wall trying to catch a deep fly from Dodgers leadoff hitter Mookie Betts in the first inning Monday night, slamming hard into the padding while just missing the ball. When reporters checked on how he was feeling before Tuesday’s game, though, Lee made sure his interpreter, Justin Han, was prepared with the quick quips.
