The SF Giants‘ scheduled game against the San Diego Padres on Friday night has officially been postponed on top of their scheduled game for Saturday after a player on the team reportedly tested positive for COVID-19.
The Giants took to Twitter to confirm the positive test around 6:30 PT, just about an hour before game time. Prior to that, some believed that the game could be in jeopardy due to poor air quality as a result of the ongoing wildfires ravaging the West Coast.
