How do you top blasting your first splash hit as a San Francisco Giant? You do it on your bobblehead day.
Giants catcher Patrick Bailey did just that on Saturday afternoon, hitting a two-run homer into McCovey Cove that landed in a kayak on a day when the first 15,000 fans at Oracle Park received a Bailey bobblehead.
The blast broke a 3-3 tie in the fifth inning. Bailey also drove in three runs and had four hits, the second four-hit game of his career, leading San Francisco to a 7-3 win over the Arizona Diamondbacks.
