After a 13th inning walk off single in the previous game to win the series over the Chicago Cubs, Posey had the big hit again in the opener against the Oakland Athletics last night.
With the game tied at one, Posey came to the plate in the sixth inning with two on and two outs and laced a single past the outstretched arm of third baseman Matt Chapman and scored Steven Duggar to take a 2-1 lead.
