Tim Lincecum might be the most accomplished free agent pitcher on the market this offseason, but he isn't expected to draw interest from teams soon.
Lincecum, who is recovering from September hip surgery, is planning to hold a showcase for teams in January, according to Jeff Passan of Yahoo Sports.
The initial time table for recovery from hip surgery to repair a torn labrum and fix an impingement was five months. Lincecum is reportedly ahead of schedule and will meet with his surgeon in December to devise a plan.
"I’m pretty confident I’m going to be ready for spring training," he said in late September.
