The Giants even up the series with a win in the getaway game in Pittsburgh. Today the bullpen delivered three scoreless innings to back up another fine performance from Alex Wood who is 5-0 in six starts. The Giants took a 2-1 lead in the top of the 6th when Evan Longoria scored on a wild pitch. Wood batted for himself and made the third out but it paid off with a scoreless bottom half. That left the 7th for Caleb Baragar who gave up a walk but no runs and the 8th for Matt Wisler who was perfect.
