The non-waiver trade deadline is less than two weeks away, and the maneuvering has already begun around the Major Leagues. As a top postseason contender, the San Francisco Giants are expected to be among the most active buyers during the trade season, meaning they will look to add a couple difference makers by Aug. 1.
But their success the rest of the season won’t only be affected by their moves; with only one other buyer—the Los Angeles Dodgers—and three definite sellers in the National League West, the division could look a lot different different in a couple weeks.
