Giants first baseman Brandon Belt purchased a home in Alamo, Calif. in January for $3.45 million, reports Realtor.com.
The 5,477 square foot home in a gated community has five bedrooms and five baths. It features a wrap-around porch, wine closet and a large in-law unit among many other amenities.
The property was last sold for $3.6 million in 2016, according to public records. Michelle Robichaud with J. Rockcliff Realtors was the listing agent.
Belt joins Golden State Warriors star Stephen Curry, who also bought a home in Alamo in October.
