Longtime SF Giants coach Tim Flannery has been hospitalized with a staph infection. According to reports, he is responding to treatment well and stabilizing.
Tim Flannery, who served as the SF Giants third-base coach from 2007-2014, has been hospitalized for over a week with a staph infection. According to the Flannery family, the longtime member of Bruce Bochy’s coaching staff was admitted to a San Diego area hospital on October 18th.
