With the All-Star break nearing the end, it’s time to take a look at a few of the San Francisco Giants key injuries.
Third baseman Matt Duffy doesn’t have a set time table on his return. He’s been taking ground balls, swings, but is experiencing soreness in his Achilles tendon when he runs a straight line.
Duffy’s bat hasn’t been on point this season, but his defense at the hot corner sure has been missed! Duffy’s currently hitting .253, with 4 homers and 21 RBI’s.

Second baseman Joe Panik seems to be making great progress with his concussion symptoms, and is looking to make his return on July 19th for the Boston Red Sox series.
