Boston Red Sox legend Carl Yastrzemski told The Athletics's Steve Buckley that "it'll be emotional" to see his grandson, San Francisco Giants outfielder Mike Yastrzemski, play at Fenway Park next month when the Giants take on the Red Sox.
The older Yastrzemski spent his entire MLB career with the Red Sox and was inducted to the Baseball Hall of Fame on the first ballot in 1989.
His grandson was promoted from the Sacramento River Cats to the Giants in May and has batted .282, hit 17 home runs and has 47 RBI since being called up.
