Across the Bay Area, the 2010s were breathtaking, heartbreaking and groundbreaking.
The decade began with the economy still shrugging off the Great Recession, then roared ahead with technological breakthroughs, civil rights activism, historic disasters and skyrocketing housing prices. It ended with San Francisco’s Nancy Pelosi banging down the gavel on President Trump’s impeachment.
