Ricky Romero is getting a new chance with the Giants, and the former All-Star and first-round pick is clearly appreciative.
Romero tweeted on Tuesday: "Grateful for another opportunity with the @SFGiants organization. Gonna continue to work hard & get healthy! #OneDayAtATime"
Romero is expected to sign a minor-league contract with San Francisco after he was released by the Blue Jays in late April.
