SAN FRANCISCO – Conor Gillaspie stared off into space, a look of amazement on his face, as he reflected on the Giants’ 13-4 victory over the Braves on Sunday.
“I don’t think I’ve ever seen so many home runs hit here,” he said.

Maybe that’s because the Giants hadn’t hit four home runs in a game at AT&T Park in more than six years.
Sunday’s cavalcade of clouts notwithstanding, the Giants once again rank near the bottom of the pack in power among NL clubs, ahead of only the bereft Braves. This is nothing new.
