Standard lineup behind Hudson on Monday night, with one twist. Manager Bruce Bochy swapped Brandon Belt and Brandon Crawford, elevating Belt to sixth. He had better swings in Sunday's win at Arizona.
Justin Upton is out for the Padres. He left Sunday’s game with an oblique injury.
