Well, well, well. The Giants have scored double digits in three straight games for the first time since 2010. Yeeeeehaw.
They scored 38 runs against the Reds in an August 2010 series at Oracle (then AT&T Park), and after those three games scored just 18 over their next five. In fact, after the third game of that series against the Reds the Diamondbacks shut them out in San Francisco, 6-0. Will that happen tonight?
It’s not impossible because 1) baseball and 2) this is the 20th game of the 20 consecutive games the Giants have been scheduled to play going back to June 14.
