Giants lose 1-0 in incredibly frustrating fashion

The hard-hit balls were caught, and Mark Carlson saw a side-armed pitcher for the very first time!

After a couple hundred games at the ol' ballyard, I finally fulfilled a minor goal of mine and sat in the arcade for the first time. It was a nice night to sit there, with minimal wind, and all that was missing was a baseball game with interesting parts.

The Giants got two hits. The Diamondbacks had 11. That's probably the most important part of the game, the real takeaway. When factoring in the hard-hit balls that were caught and the sheer amount of runners for the other team, the Giants probably should have lost 5-2.
