The Giants haven't made any exceptional moves during the offseason ... yet. But that doesn't mean they don't possess players to talk about, especially in its farm system.
Joey Bart and Helios Ramos are getting plenty of attention since MLB Pipeline released its list of Top 100 Prospects. Especially Bart who is the Giants' highest-rated prospect since none other than Buster Posey.
