Former Giants infielder and San Jose native Kevin Frandsen, who co-hosts the nighttime sports talk show on KNBR 680, has a new part-time gig that he considers a "dream come true."
The Phillies have hired Frandsen as a radio color analyst for about one-quarter of their 2018 road games to replace Larry Anderson, who turns 65 in May and has decided to curtail his travel. Two other former Phillies, Kevin Stocker and Kevin Jordan, will share fill-in duties with Frandsen.
That's three Kevins, if you're keeping score.
"The best thing about this is all three of us live in Northern California," Frandsen said Monday.
