It’s official. Former Phillies manager and ex-MLB player Gabe Kapler is the new Giants skipper.
Kapler’s background includes being a fitness freak, who has played for six major league teams. He has also worked for the Giants’ president of baseball operations, Farhan Zaidi, when he was with the Dodgers. Kapler was accused of mishandling allegations that players in the organization had committed sexual assault.
Suffice to say, many Giants fans were quick to take to social media to react to Kapler’s hire.
