SAN FRANCISCO — Brandon Crawford’s two-out single in the bottom of the 10th inning gave the Giants a 5-4 comeback win over the Arizona Diamondbacks Wednsday at AT&T Park.
Crawford’s clean base hit to right field drove in Andrew McCutchen, who had a two-out double against Arizona reliever Andrew Chafin.
The Giants trailed 4-2 going into the bottom of the ninth and tied the score on a two-run pinch home run by Alen Hanson.
The Giants, 5-1 on the homestand, improved to 31-31 and are just 1 1/2 games behind Arizona in the National League West.
