LOS ANGELES–After losing three of four to the last-place Miami Marlins this week, a fatigued Giants squad arrived at Dodger Stadium and dropped another series-opener to fall 10 games below .500 on the road this year.
The Giants’ inability to play quality baseball away from AT&T Park has been a significant source of frustration for manager Bruce Bochy, and the sloppy manner in which his club has often lost is an unsettling sight for any skipper.
Though the Giants haven’t been sharp on the road, they’re not the only club forced to deal with a tough schedule or major injuries.
