Stealing signs cost another manager a job on Thursday, as Carlos Beltrán is out with the New York Mets before he even managed a game.
That’s three managerial firings since MLB announced its findings on Monday. No replacements have been named yet, although former Giants bench coach Hensley Meulens is a name being batted around.
