The Arizona Fall League continues! (although not really because it’s ends Saturday)
A compelling prospect in the Giants organization is Garrett Williams. The southpaw starting pitcher from Lubbock, Texas has been encouraging to watch this fall. After a disappointing season at Double-A Richmond (3-9, 6.06 ERA, 61 BB, 73 SO, 81.2 IP), Williams has brushed up on his pitching and posted great numbers in Arizona: 3-0, 1.88 ERA, 11 BB, 27 SO, 24.0 IP. His last outing for the season showed a little fatigue as he allowed two earned runs and four walks in four innings of work, but overall, Williams showed a lot of progress in his time in the desert.
