SAN FRANCISCO – The Giants rotation continues to give up a worrisome number of home runs since the All-Star break.
But it wasn’t Jay Bruce’s shot into the right field arcade – his fourth of the three-game series at AT&T Park — that wholly undermined Madison Bumgarner’s effort Wednesday afternoon. The fly ball to left field was an even more damaging play for the Reds in the Giants’ 2-1 loss at AT&T Park.
