Andrew Susac does not play for the Giants anymore.
San Francisco traded the catcher to Milwaukee on Monday, along with pitching prospect Phil Bickford, for reliever Will Smith.
On Monday afternoon, Susac sent out the following message on Twitter:
"Excited for this new opportunity w/ @Brewers! I can't thank @SFGiants enough for the friendships & lifetime of memories made ... SF will always hold a special place in my heart."
The Giants selected Susac in the second round of the 2011 draft out of Oregon State.
