The start of the San Francisco Giants season is right around the corner, and the end of the 2025 Willie McCovey Memorial Community Prospect List is even closer. We only need to add four names and we’ll have our list of the top 44 prospects in the system finished.
That means that we have a top 40. And rounding out that top 40 is catcher Yohendry Sanchez, who makes his CPL debut.
Sanchez was one of the stars of the Giants 2024 international signing class, and received the largest bonus in the class. But unfortunately, the right-handed hitter had his debut Dominican Summer League season limited to just 12 games due to injuries.
