The reigning, defending World Series champion SF Giants will open the doors of AT&T Park to the public on Saturday for the 22nd annual KNBR 680 Giants Fan Fest. The event goes from 10am-3pm and admission is FREE for fans of all ages.
Public transportation to the event is encouraged, however, as there is a nominal $10 fee for parking. Regardless of how you get there, this year's event promises to be even more spectacular than the 21 Fan Fests preceding it. Just look at this slate of activities, courtesy of the team's official website:
* Ask the players questions on the Dignity Health Q&A Stage (Virgin America Club Level, 231) or the 1st Base Q&A Stage (Virgin America Club Level, 207)
* Watch and listen to the current players and coaching staff on the KNBR main broadcast stage. Relax and enjoy the live interviews from the field club seats!
* Autograph booths located on View, Promenade and Field Level
* Check out The Garden (located behind centerfield fence)
* Hang out at the Coca-Cola Fan Lot, get your face painted, enjoy the kids zone! (Promenade, 140-144, and below the scoreboard)
* Check out the Giants Memorabilia display (Virgin America Club Level, 216)
* Take yourself on a self-guided tour of the Visitor's Clubhouse (Enter through Field Club lounge, go right)
* Visit the @café for player photos (10am to 2pm)
* Buy single game tickets to watch your defending World Series Champions throughout the 2015 regular season (Ticket windows, Visitor's Dugout)
* Check out over 30 vendor booths throughout the ballpark
Individual game tickets go on sale just two hours before doors open at 8am, so with all of that plus lonnnnnnng autograph lines expected, be sure to get to AT&T Park early to beat the rush. Oh yeah, and there's mystery grab bags too. Everybody loves a mystery grab bag, so that's just another reason to get in early.
Finally, there's the matter of the players, coaches, and managers who will be on hand and signing autographs all day long. Brace yourself. It's a MASSIVE list...
