DAVIS, Calif. — The University of San Francisco's women's tennis team collected its third-straight win, Saturday afternoon, when Emily Maxfield, Margarita Treyes, Alexa Meyer, and Amber Del Rosario all fought hard in singles play to give the Dons' a 4-3 victory, at the Marya Welch Tennis Center.
Del Rosaio drew in the Dons' first win over Davis's Skyler Holm, 6-1, 6-4, followed by Maxfield who escaped with a 6-4, 6-4 victory over Sara Tsukamoto. Treyes and Meyer both took its competition to three sets. Meyer fell in the first set, 4-6 but answered back with a 6-4, 6-4 straight set victory over Davis's Kristina Breisacher.
