SAN FRANCISCO — Another multi-goal performance by the offense and another strong stand by the defense Sunday kept the San Francisco women's soccer team unbeaten at home this season, as the Dons defeated Hawaii, 2-0, at Negoesco Stadium.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- San Francisco finally broke through in the 58th minute after the two teams had played to a scoreless stalemate through the entire first half and more than 10 minutes into the second. Miciah Madison dribbled the ball along the right edge of the box, then passed low to Samantha Jehnings, who put it in for her eighth goal of the season and a 1-0 USF lead.
