SAN FRANCISCO – It did not take long for the University of San Francisco women's soccer team to score the first of their five goals as USF (4-1-1) cruised to a lopsided 5-0 win over visiting UC Riverside at their home opener Thursday evening at Negoesco Stadium.
USF's talented front line had the clear advantage as USF finished the night with 11 shots, nine on goal with five finding the back of the net. Senior forward finished with two goals and two assists. UC Riverside (0-4-0) finished the night with seven shots, with one on goal.
