HONOLULU – The University of San Francisco women's soccer team got a huge early test, battling on No. 5 USC to begin the Outrigger Soccer Kickoff hosted by Hawaii on Saturday afternoon. The Dons got a tremendous performance from senior keeper who finished the day with 10 saves, but the Trojans were prevailed thanks to a pair of second half goals, winning 2-0.
"At the end of the day our kids battled, they worked their tails off," said eighth year head coach . "That being said, we made some costly mistakes and an outstanding team like USC was able to take advantage.
