Fort Collins, Colo. – The University of San Francisco women's golf team sits in fifth place after shooting a 31-over 607 (303-304) to open the Ptarmigan Ram Classic at the par-72 Ptarmigan Country Club hosted by Colorado State. The Dons had three players finish in the top-20 who were led by Pearl Rojanapeansatith who finished the opening day tied for fourth.
"We had a tough day on the golf course today overall," said head coach Sara Doell. "The par fives really hurt us and that is typically the best part of our game.
