SAN BRUNO, Calif. — University of San Francisco women's basketball graduate forward Mikayla Williams and sophomore forward Leilah Vigil both earned 2019-20 all-West Coast Conference honors Tuesday, with Williams being named to the all-WCC second team and Vigil earning honorable mention accolades.
Williams led the Dons (12-18, 5-13 WCC) in scoring on 13 occasions during the year and turned in 10 double-doubles, including six in WCC play. She was named co-WCC Player of the Week on Dec. 14 after a 29-point, 15-rebound game versus Sacramento State. The graduate transfer eclipsed the 1,400, 1,500, 1,600 and 1,700 career points marks this season, scoring nearly 450 points in her first year of NCAA Division I basketball.
